2011 One Day’s Wages Annual Gala

I had the distinct honor & privilege to be invited to shoot the 2011 Annual Gala for One Day’s Wages, a non-profit organization whose mission is to galvanize people to join the fight against extreme global poverty. Their mission statement from their website:

One Day’s Wages (ODW) is a new grassroots movement of people, stories, and actions to alleviate extreme global poverty. ODW promotes awareness, invites simple giving, and supports sustainable relief through partnerships, especially with smaller organizations in developing regions. 

100% of ODW’s contributions go directly to organizations and projects already on the ground and they’ve received over $870,400 in donations in just two short years. This year, they put on an incredible event at Pravda Studios which included special performances by Gowe and Lutes & Liars.
